摘 要

校车在武汉理工大学为学生提供的服务中起着非常重要的作用，本文将以此为切入点进行深入调查，以安全风险分析的要素为依据，围绕风险因素、风险感知、风险评估、风险管控几个方面进行探究，并采用案例研究法、层次分析法等为解决高校校车安全管理问题提供新的视角和一定的借鉴。同时向国外借鉴成功经验，因地制宜对我国校车安全管理问题提出综合性的解决对策。

本文共分为五个部分：第一部分，绪论。阐述研究的背景、研究的目的及意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法。第二部分，识别影响高校校车安全的主要风险因素。查阅资料文献，对调查数据和结果进行分析。第三部分，调查社会群体对校车安全的风险感知。通过发布调查问卷的形式，初步了解群众心理后并进行概括和总结。第四部分，旨在建立高校校车安全评估的指标体系。运用层次分析法，实现对三种不同车型的风险评估。第五部分，给出高校校车安全管理的控制策略。针对提出的问题，从安全风险分析的角度，提出高校校车安全管理的相关策略和建议。

Abstract

School bus plays a very important role in the service for students in Wuhan University of Technology. This article will be the entry point for in-depth investigation. Performing an analysis of safety and risk based on risk factors, risk perception, risk assessment, risk control. By using the method of Case Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on to solve the problem of university bus safety management. Try to provide new perspective and reference information. At the same time, to learn some successful experience from foreign countries. According to national conditions on China university bus safety management to put forward a comprehensive solution.

This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, the introduction. The background of the study, the purpose and significance of the study, present research situations of home and abroad, research methods. The second part identifies the main risk factors that affect the safety of university bus. Read the literature and analyze the survey data and results. The third part investigates the risk perception of school bus safety by general public. Through send questionnaires to explore and summarize the masses' psychology. The fourth part establishes the index system of school bus safety assessment. Using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to achieve the risk assessment of three different models. The fifth part gives the control strategy of school bus safety management in universities. In view of the problems, from the perspective of security risk analysis, put forward the strategies and recommendations of school bus safety management.
