摘 要

随着我国经济形势下滑，社会就业形势不容乐观，大学生就业成为热门话题，自主创业将是缓和就业紧张局势的不二选择。然而创业必然会面临诸多问题，其中融资难问题尤为突出，严重制约大学生创业的进程和积极性。本文将对创业内部和外部融资渠道进行研究，并分析选择合适的融资渠道。

在当前社会就业形势紧张，创业资金缺乏的背景下，较为系统、规范地建立大学生创业融资渠道的理论框架，揭示大学生创业和融资渠道内涵，分析比较各种融资渠道，以及合适大学生创业的融资渠道选择。

论文主要研究创业过程中可供选择的资金来源，首先文章对内部融资渠道和外部融资渠道进行对比分析；接着分析选择大学生创业内部融资渠道，如自筹融资资金和合伙融资资金，以及外部融资渠道进行选择，如政策基金，信贷资金，以及大学生创业外部融资的创新渠道，即如何利用众筹融资；通过大学生通过电子商务创业为典型案例，深度分析电商行业四种的融资渠道，并结合大学生创业阶段的实际情况和电商行业的资金需求特点，提出合适的融资渠道。

本文的特点是：结合梳理相关理论知识，比较分析各种融资渠道的特点，结合融资环境，选择适合大学生创业的融资渠道，同时理论运用于实际，通过案例分析电商创业融资渠道。

Abstract

Along with economic depression and the society increasingly serious employment situation, there is a hot topic about the employment of college students.It is an important way to solve the difficult problem of the employment of college students that entrepreneurship promotes employment, it will become a new trend of college students' employment that college students start up business by themselves. However, there will be many problems to start up business, and the capital problem is particularly prominent, which has seriously restricted the enthusiasm of college students entrepreneurship. This paper will study the university students' venture financing channels, and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions on the choice of financing channels.

In the current situation of social employment , under the background of venture financing difficulties, this paper establish the theoretical framework of college students venture financing channels, to reveal the conception of college students' entrepreneurship and connotation of the financing channels, to analyse and compare various financing channels, and to put forward appropriate college students venture financing channels.

Thesis mainly research on college students venture financing channels, firstly the internal financing and external financing channels were analyzed contrastively, at the same time, this paper analyses the choice of college students' venture internal financing such as the Raise the financing funds and the partnership funding, the external financing channels such as the Policy funds and the credit funds. Then the thesis provides an innovative external financing channel for college students' entrepreneurial, that is how to use crowdfunding. By the analysis of the typical cases that college students start the business in e-commerce platform, the thesis deeply analyses four kinds of financing channels. Combined with the actual situation of college students' entrepreneurial stage, and the characteristics of the demand of capital in e-commerce, this paper puts forward the appropriate financing channels.

The unique of this dissertation is: it comparatively analyses the characteristics of financing channels through theory knowledge, and chooses college students venture financing channels combined with the facts. At the same time, the theory to practical, it analyses of how to choose the proper channels of venture capital financing

据统计，我国大学生创业比例很低，不到总人数1%，而在发达国家大学生选择创业比例占毕业生人数的20%-30%；在我国大学生创业的成功率很低不足3%,而世界大学生创业成功率平均为20%^[1]。如今我国大学生人数的每年不断增加，大学生就业压力越来越大，决定大学生就业还是创业的因素很多。从上述数据分析可知，我国创业率和创业成功率如此低，这需要引起社会共鸣，深入分析并反思其中的问题。在创业的过程中，大学生创业的热情很高，但是也面临着各种问题，特别是融资难问题，可以说，资金短缺已经成为大学生创业成功路上最大的绊脚石，严重制约其创业动机以及项目的开展。而融资渠道是大学生在创业融资过程中必须首先要考虑的问题。因此对创业融资渠道进行研究，能够帮助大学生创业者更好地选择切实可行的融资渠道，对解决创业过程中资金短缺的问题，具有重要的理论和现实意义。
