摘 要

随着1999年扩招政策的持续，大学群体不断膨胀，虽然到2012年这个政策被废置了，大学生的数量已经居高不下了。而本来用于解决就业问题的高校扩招政策实行后，大学生就业市场的运行备受关注。广义的大学生就业市场可以说是指在法律规范的调整下的大学生为换取对价提供劳动力或自身劳动成果给他人所形成的供求关系的总和。现在，大学生群体就业市场的复杂化给关于大学生就业市场的社会问题制定法律规范带来契机，而当前大学生市场的法律规制中存在不足之处，这导致大学生就业市场的运行出现诸多问题。大学生群体的特殊性，再加上大学生就业权益侵害得不到救济带来的社会矛盾，那么推动大学生法律规制的立法进程——完善大学生就业市场的法律规制并将其形成体系成为一个整体独立于法律规范的大家庭中，就迫在眉睫。

Abstract

With the sustained, ever-expanding community college enrollment policy in 1999, though in 2012 this policy was abandoned, but there is a high number of college students . And after being originally used to solve the employment problem of college enrollment policy was implemented, that how the employment market of college Students runs is being concerned. The generalized employment market of college Students can be said the all supply-demand relations that with the laws’ adjustment , college students provide their labor or their own fruits of labor to the others in exchange for the equal price. Now, college students complicate the college students employment market ,which brings opportunities to making laws about social problems of the college students employment market, and there exist in the college students employment market in inadequate legal regulations currently, which led to many problems in the running of college students employment market . The special feature of the student population, coupled with the social conflicts between the lack of rights of college students employment with remedies, then pushing the legislative process Students Legal Regulation---- to improve students' employment market, legal regulations and formed independent of the system as a whole family legal norms, is urgent.
