摘 要

本论文主要研究了如何通过构建一个系统来从医院每天大量的数据中提取出有效的信息。为了提高药品器械采购任务的效率，在我国各区域广泛存在社区医院中，帮助那些社区医院去完善出一套独立可用的采购系统很有必要，这样能够明显提高采购信息的获取效率，同时也能够让库存管理人员实时了解仓库中的药品消耗情况，进一步提高社区医院的决策能力。

类比软件开发的理念，UML建模以及面向对象的方法，笔者做了较为全面的医院采购系统业务模块需求分析和系统框架设计：

1．在对社区医院采购系统的业务模块需求分析中，采用用例图来对社区医院采购系统功能进行了具体描述；之后开始逐步设计社区医院采购系统的功能，并以此来设置相应的数据库结构，对社区医院采购系统的总体框架进行设计及编码实现，最后进行社区医院采购系统的使用测试并分析得出测试总结。

2．本系统采用Java作为开发编程语言，采用MySQL充任数据库，来管理整个系统，它的基本开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用了Tomcat，是基于Web技术实现的B/S结构的社区医院采购系统。

本篇论文设计结合了社区医院药品器械采购系统的实际需求，其优势有：

1．整体界面简洁大方适合医院场景。

2．很大程度上提升了管理员和操作员等用户的工作效率。

3．增设了客户、供应商信息管理模块，可以在药品器械出库入库的同时完成存量用户基础信息的收集与备份。

4．增设了备忘录信息管理模块，可以实时同步记录一些用药注意事项及其他工作事项。

5．增加了通知信息管理模块，可以实现管理员与操作员的远程信息实时交互及留存。

Abstract

This paper mainly studies how to build a system to extract effective information from a large number of hospital daily data. In the community hospital, which is to improve the efficiency of the procurement task of drug equipment, the establishment of a drug equipment purchase system of a community hospital of its own is very important. It can significantly improve the acquisition efficiency of procurement information, but also help the community hospital warehouse administrators to check the drug situation of the community hospital at any time, and further improve the decision-making ability of the community hospitals.

By comparing the concept of software development, UML modeling and object-oriented method, the author makes a more comprehensive requirement analysis and system framework design for the business module of the hospital procurement system：

1．In the demand analysis of the business module of the community hospital procurement system, the use case diagram is used to describe the function of the community hospital procurement system, and then the function of the community hospital procurement system is gradually designed, and the corresponding database structure is set up to design the overall framework of the community medical hospital procurement system. 2．The system front desk mainly uses Java as the development language, MySQL is used as a database to manage the whole system. 第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

随着社会的进步，在服务的方向上更垂直精细化、智能化是社会整体发展的大趋势。在社区医院建立药品设备采购制度的过程中，由于各部门都有不同的需求，这就要求系统的独立运作性很强。这样一来，不仅存在部门之间难以共享数据资源的问题，还存在了对资源和成本的白白损耗。甚至还会有很多潜在的保密信息、经营状况等安全隐患。因此，为社区医院建立起一个安全的、满足日常使用需求的数据存储中心无疑是必要的。

笔者本次毕业课题研究设计的系统，可以实时监控社区医院药品器械收支明细，能很好地提高对应职能人员的工作效率，也为社区医院能快速进行药品器械、客户、供应商信息的录入、删除、更新和统计、检索带来了便利。

1.2 目的和意义

如我们所见，社区医院对整体电子化、系统化以及网络化研究数据的分析和处理有了更确切的要求。因此，为社区医院的日常运营管理开发一个药品器械采购系统，可以借此提高医院库房合理供需库存的能力。随着医院的发展，医院药品器械采购数据也越来越多。那么如何能够快速地从海量的数据中获取有效的信息就成为了社区医院信息化建设的一个重难点。药品器械的采购和管理是医院能够有效进行计划、协调和控制的重要倚仗。所以，进一步信息化采购管理的工作，才能更充分地发挥处统计分析的作用。采购统筹应该是多维度的。一是要分析大量的时效性资料，了解整个经济发展，及时掌握市场信息。二是要分析各种货品的生产和出库趋势及其可能产生的更动、需求预测等统计资料，提供有指导性的意见。三是要全面分析和展示医院自身的经营状况、流动资金等统计资料，使得医院可以有效地去进行计划、协调和控制。四是要分析医院的采购、仓库出库和库存的统计资料，反映医院产销衔接情况。

此外，随着科学技术的发展。为了提高社区医院相关职能人员的管理决策分析能力，开发一个简洁适用的社区医院采购系统就显得尤为重要。
