摘 要

电子标签管理系统是管理车辆、用户和发行网点三者关系的一个重要内容，随着时代的进步，人民的生活水平越来越高，私家车、机动车慢慢的普遍起来，随着机动车的数量快速的增加，车载单元，即OBU（On board Unit的缩写）的需求量也随之增加。在各种各样车辆越来越多的情况下，传统的OBU信息管理方法已经不适用于发展的信息时代了，在这种情况下，开发一个管理车辆、用户、发行网点三者的信息的管理系统就显得非常必要。

电子标签管理系统具有如下六个模块：OBU基本信息管理、发行网点信息管理、用户信息管理、车辆信息管理、车主信息管理和信息统计模块。

电子标签管理系统主要功能包括：OBU、发行网点、车辆信息、用户信息、车主等基本信息的录入、修改、查询、删除，以及系统的维护功能。为管理人员提供信息检索、信息存储、信息统计等服务，实现OBU信息管理的数字化、规范化,有效提高工作人员的工作效率、准确性与灵活性,降低管理人员的劳动强度并且能够极大的方便管理人员对OBU信息的维护。

电子标签管理系统以 Microsoft Visual Studio 2015为开发工具，Microsoft SQL Server 2012为后台数据库，操作系统为Windows7，采用面向对象语言C#作为开发语言，C/S模式。

Abstract

OBU information management system is an important content of the management of vehicles, users and distribution outlets in the relationship between the three, with the progress of the times, people's life level more and more high, private cars, the vehicle slowly popular, along with the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles, vehicle mounted unit, namely OBU (On board Unit). The demand also increases. In the case of more and more OUB OBU information, traditional management methods are not applicable to tell the development of the information age, in this case, to develop a management system of the management of vehicles, users, three distribution outlets of the information is very necessary.

OBU information management system has the following six modules: OBU basic information management, distribution network information management, user information management, vehicle information management, owner information management and information statistics module.

OBU information management system, the main features include: OBU, distribution outlets, vehicle information, user information, owners and other basic information input, modify, query, delete, and system maintenance functions. Provide information retrieval, information storage, information statistics and other services for the management of personnel, the implementation of digital, standardized OBU information management, improve work efficiency, accuracy and flexibility, reduce the labor intensity of managers to facilitate the management and maintenance of OBU information greatly.

OBU information management system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the development tool, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as the background database, the operating system is Windows7, using object-oriented language C# as development language, C/S mode.
