低维材料在制作各种各样的器件中呈现出了体材料所不具备的特性。
微米带作为一种低维度构筑单元引起了人们很大的兴趣,在透明导体、平板显示、气相和液相传感以及敏感器等领域有重要的应用前景。
三氧化钼(moo3)作为一种典型的层状结构过渡金属氧化物,具有多种结构,一种是α-moo3,热稳定性好;另一种是亚稳态的β-moo3,属于reo3结构。
