CHDM在PETG聚合过程中的稳定化研究毕业论文

摘 要

PETG共聚酯是一种新型的共聚酯,有巨大的应用市场。本文探索了以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)为原料合成PETG的工艺路线,并考虑了温度和稳定剂对CHDM在聚合过程的稳定化影响。其稳定化以端羧基浓度来表征。实验发现,当反应聚合温度在270-280℃,不添加稳定剂的时候,PETG的特性粘度大且端羧基浓度小,所得产物的透明度较好,拉伸强度较高断裂伸长率较低,CHDM的稳定性最好。

Study on the stabilization of CHDM during the polymerization of PETG

Abstract

PETG is a new copolyester with a huge application market. This article explores the process route with purified terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) .Considering the influence of temperature and stabilizers on the stabilization of CHDM in polymerization. Using terminal carboxyl group concentration to characterize the stabilization. It was found that when the reaction polymerization temperature at 270-280 ℃, without stabilizer , the intrinsic viscosity of PETG is large, terminal carboxyl group concentration is small, the transparency of product is better, tensile strength is high and breaking elongation is low, the stabilization of CHDM is best.
