过硫磷石膏矿渣钢管水泥研究毕业论文

摘 要

磷石膏主要来自于湿法磷酸生产及其他含磷产物工业中,作为固体废弃物排出。由于磷石膏利用和处理一直是2012年以来政府和各界关注的一个热点研究问题。所以——磷石膏水泥——利用改性磷石膏浆制成的一种成熟的水泥替代品,作为新型材料的可以大量利用磷石膏并且拥有巨大潜力的材料可能解决这一问题。

由于过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥有抗碳化性能较差的特点——从而限制了其在露天结构工程等领域的应用;而在钢管混凝土中,水泥制品会被严密的包在钢管中,钢管的结构可以很好的保护内芯的混凝土不受到碳化的影响,从而改善这一缺陷。

钢管混凝土是指在外结构的钢管内混凝土被包裹而制成的、其很好的结合了强大的抗压抗拉能力用于建筑的结构构件,该材料同时具有混凝土的高抗压以及钢管高抗拉的性能。

近年来钢管混凝土作为新型,以轴心受压能力强和作用力偏心较小的受压为特点,被广泛使用于桥梁构筑等领域中。

过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥抗大气稳定性差,容易被碳化而使性能下降,但过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥混凝土具有微膨胀性和良好的工作性能,特别适应于制作钢管混凝土。如果将过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥的特性与钢管混凝土的特殊结构相结合,就可以有效解决磷石膏水泥的抗碳化性能差缺陷,并且有望使用结合了硫磷石膏矿渣水泥的新型钢管混凝土在结构工程中得到应用。

本文通过描述过硫磷石膏的特征,和组成以及其膨胀抗压性能来证实——过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥的可控自膨胀,以及成品可利用性。

Abstract

The source of phosphogypsum is a solid waste phosphoric acid production and other industrial product release of phosphorus. The utilization and treatment of phosphorus gypsum has been a hot research topic in the government and all circles since 2012. So, phosphorus gypsum cement, using phosphorus gypsum slurry to form a mature cement substitute, as new material plenty of available phosphorus gypsum and has huge potential materials might solve the problem.

As a characteristic of phosphorus gypsum slag cement is anti carbonation performance is poor, thus limiting its application in structural engineering; and in concrete filled steel tube, cement products will is closely wrapped in steel pipe, steel tube structure can be very good to protect the inner core concrete from carbonization effect, thereby improving the defects.

Steel pipe concrete in steel pipe structure outside of the package filling made of concrete, and has strong tensile and compressive ability for structural building, the material at the same time, with the concrete high compressive and steel high tensile performance.

Concrete filled steel tube is a new type of composite structure, which is mainly composed of axial compression and eccentric compression, and is widely used in the frame structure.

A phosphorus gypsum slag cement resistance to atmospheric stability is poor, easy to be carbonized and degrade performance, but phosphorus gypsum slag cement concrete with micro expansion and good working performance, especially suitable for making steel pipe concrete. If the application of phosphorous slag cement in concrete filled steel tube, it can effectively solve the defects of poor carbonation resistance, which is expected to be used in structural engineering.

In this paper, we describe the characteristics of the sulfur and phosphorus gypsum, and the composition and its expansion and compression properties to prove the controllable self expansion and the availability of the product.
