摘 要
近年来,随着精密仪器制造和微测量技术的发展,对传感器精度和稳定性的要求越来越高,使得光纤传感技术在理论和应用上都得到了广泛的关注。本论文的研究课题是 Mach-Zehnder 光纤干涉仪的设计和应用。在干涉测量技术的基础上搭建了Mach-Zehnder 干涉仪,对其进行了干涉对比度的测试,并对影响干涉对比度的因素进行了相关讨论和优化。再利用光纤光路代替空气光路,完成光纤Mach-Zehnder 干涉仪的设计和对比度测试。在使用光纤和光纤传感器后,干涉仪的对比度和稳定性等都得到了很大的提高。可见,光纤传感技术的发展使得干涉仪的应用越加广泛。此外,本文还介绍了纠缠源的调试过程。

Abstract
In recent years, with the development of micro measurement precision instrument manufacturing and technology, the optical fiber sensing technology both in theory and application has been widely concerned due to the requirement of the sensor precision and stability. The research topic of this paper is the design and application of Mach-Zehnder fiber interferometer. Based on interference measurement technology, a free-spaced Mach-Zehnder interferometer is firstly established and its interference contrast is tested. The factors which affect the interference contrast are discussed and optimized. By replacing the air optical path with the optical fiber optical path, a fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer is designed and tested. After using optical fiber and fiber sensor, the contrast and stability of interferometer have been greatly improved. It can be seen that the development of optical fiber sensing technology makes the application of interferometer more and more extensive. In addition, this paper also introduced the source of entanglement debugging process.
