摘 要

2016年1月4日我国交易所引入熔断机制，结果短短四天就触发2次5%阀值，2次达到7%导致停市，抛盘不得的投资者纷纷抱怨。一石激起千层浪，熔断机制就是投入股市的新尝试，各方态度不一，发文质询、“上书请愿”，慎重提出自己的意见。另一方面，市场结构脆弱，体制不完善等基本问题也因此被人们拿到桌面上来讨论。以此为背景讨论熔断机制的实施作用及应用。

首先阐述了熔断机制的概念，明确其对于股指期货市场能够发挥出来的作用并且与相类似功效的涨停跌板制度对比，清晰全面了解正负效应。

其次讨论国外在熔断机制方面的各自应用情况及与我国的发展运用情况来进行对比，以外国对熔断机制的提出和一次次在实践中逐渐完善和调整使用的过程为参考，明确显示出我国的对熔断机制的运用还显得比较生疏和被动。而且其在国外表现良好，在国内熔断机制此次在股票市场的初次试水却反应欠佳的现象，来分析其实施的意义和能够达到的目的，从中探索中国股市前进道路的明确方向。

本文主要采用理论分析和对比分析的方法来认识熔断机制和讨论影响股票市场的因素，在查阅大量资料情况下，将熔断机制的实施意义汇总总结，比较系统的解释了熔断机制这个保护机制在2016年伊始股市动荡中的作用，明确说明暂停熔断机制的意义及将来可能股市的发展道路。

Abstract

第1章 绪论

1.1论文研究的背景

中国股票市场的态势虽然20多年来迅速增长，从已经上市的公司数目到公司市场价值规模都已经跟发达国家不分上下，甚至超过，中国经济的实力不容置疑。同时在发展过程中存在的问题和本身的弱点也就逐渐显现和放大，如市场结构不完善、制度不完全、监管不到位，以及上市公司和投资者构成不合理，投机者短期炒作过多等，股指期货市场的正向效应难以正常发挥。

尤其是在刚刚过去的动荡的2015年，股市的变化让我们心跌宕起伏，在上半年股市达到了7年中最大的上涨幅度，其过程是在经过开年2个月的震荡过后，股市大盘在三月份一举突破了09年的牛市记录。之后也没有阻碍，大盘一路上行，在年半的时候到了5000点。但是意料之外在半月之内股市暴跌20%，之后虽然有反弹但无济于事，最后停到了3000点。在短短几个月像过山车一样的起伏，涨停赚跌停，不禁引起中小投资者们的恐慌和不安。而就是这短短时期，把我国股票市场快速发展过程中的弊端和短板充分暴露出来。
