楚商文化对湖北省草根创业的影响机理研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着经济结构的不断优化和改革,创业经济逐渐成为国民经济中不可缺少的重要组成部分,创业活动的开展也受到多方面因素的共同影响,其中文化因素对创业的影响最为深刻和长远。不同地域文化的特色融合形成集聚地区特色的创业文化,其不仅影响创业意愿、创业行为和创业环境,还将通过创业意愿、创业行为和创业环境间接影响创业绩效。另一方面创业文化对创业活动产生的影响逐渐增大也使得创业企业间的竞争从物质层面上升到精神文化层面。因此,企业核心竞争力逐渐转变为精神文化,企业只有在思想意识上不断成长和优化,才能在激烈的竞争中取得优势。
在历史的进程中,不同地区依靠着特有的资源优势建立商业活动中心,并形成地域商业文化。楚商文化是在灿烂辉煌的楚文化不断演变中形成的,在我国商业文化中独树一帜。为了响应国家中部崛起的号召,湖北暨武汉市大力继承和发扬楚商精神,积极推动草根创业发展,形成集群效应,增强地区商业竞争力。楚地商业历史悠久、基础雄厚,但是楚地商人没有形成统一的称谓,这也不利于楚地商人群体意识的形成,更不利于楚地商业的发展和社会形象的转变。湖北省通过一系列商讨最终将此地商人群体称为“楚商”,这一举措有利于塑造地域商业文化,提高地域商人品牌影响力并推动地区的经济发展。
本文基于创业文化、创业绩效等相关理论的分析,从楚商文化中提取草根创业文化基因,总结草根创业文化的特质,论证楚商文化特性对于草根创业特质及表现对于草根创业成效的影响,以及从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化四个层面提出面向草根创业的楚商文化建设方案,并提出相应的优化思路和建议。本文揭示了草根创业的特质及草根创业与楚商文化的内在逻辑,突破学术界已有的、成熟的区域文化和创业管理理论存在的不足。本文提炼楚了商文化影响创业绩效的作用规律,突破区域文化对于创新绩效的静态影响研究存在的不足。本文的主要贡献是为楚商文化的系统梳理提供理论依据和方法指导,为构建有助于提升草根创业绩效的楚商文化提供政策建议和决策参考。

ABSTRACT
With the optimization and reformation of the economic structure, entrepreneurial economy has gradually become an important part of the national economy. Entrepreneurial activities are carried out by the combined effect of many factors, among these factors, the influence of the cultural factor on entrepreneurial is the most profound and long-lasting. The entrepreneurial culture of different region shaped by characteristics of different regional culture, not only affects the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment, but also indirectly influence entrepreneurial performance through the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment. On the other hand, the influence of culture on the enterprise is increasing, so that the competition between enterprises is no longer a matter of competition, but the competition of ideology. The core competence of the enterprise is obtained by virtue of material condition has become the past, and now enterprises must enhance the core competitiveness by shaping the commercial culture and gain a competitive advantage in the market.
In the course of history, different regions rely on the unique advantages of resources to establish a business center, and form the regional business culture. Chu business culture is formed in the evolution of glorious and resplendent Chu culture, become an independent school in China's commercial culture. In order to respond to the call of the rise of central China, Hubei and Wuhan city should vigorously inherit and carry forward the spirit of Chu business, and actively promote the development of grassroots entrepreneurship, formating the cluster effect, enhance regional business competitiveness. The business of Chu region has a long history and strong foundation, but the businessman of Chu has not formed the unified title, which is not conducive to the formation of Chu merchant group consciousness and Chu commercial development and social image transformation, the merchant groups is finally called "Chu business" through a series of discussions, this initiative is to create a regional commercial culture, improve the regional business, brand influence and promote the region's economic development.
This thesis based on the analysis of entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial performance and other related theories, draw the grassroots entrepreneurial culture gene and summarize the characteristics of grassroots entrepreneurial culture from Chu business culture, demonstrate the influence of characteristics of Chu business culture to grassroots entrepreneurial characteristics and performance for grassroots entrepreneurial success, and repose the construction scheme for grassroots entrepreneurial of Chu business culture from four aspects: material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, and puts forward the corresponding optimization ideas and suggestions. This thesis reveals the internal logic of the characteristics of grassroots entrepreneurship and the grassroots entrepreneurship of Chu business culture, breaking through the existing and mature regional culture and entrepreneurial management theory in the academic community. To extract the dynamic effect of Chu business culture on entrepreneurial performance, to break through the shortcomings of the research on the static impact of regional culture on innovation performance. To provide the theoretical basis and method guidance for the system of Chu business culture, and to provide policy recommendations and decision-making reference for the construction of Chu business culture which is helpful to improve the grassroots entrepreneurial performance.
