摘 要

随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高汽车逐渐从奢侈品变成了百姓的代步工具，国内的汽车行业得到了蓬勃的发展，同时竞争也越来越激烈，汽车行业在国家总体产业中所占比例也越来越大。为了更好地顺应国家绿色发展、可持续发展的战略部署，同时注意到汽车行业产业链末端的经济效益和环境效益越来越明显的背景下，本文通过对汽车逆向供应链的全过程进行合理的集成和有效地优化，从而实现汽车产业链的优化升级，为我国汽车逆向供应链的探索提供理论支持。

文章主要通过对正向供应链、逆向供应链、闭环供应链不同的特点进行对比分析，进一步明确了逆向供应链的优势和未来发展的必然性。然后结合汽车产品和汽车产业链自身的特点，简单叙述了汽车逆向供应链的概念和特点同时提出了实施汽车逆向供应链的重要性。然后通过对汽车逆向供应链各个细分环节的逐一分析，深入了解汽车逆向供应链的全过程的运行情况，再根据流程再造理论和汽车正向供应链对汽车逆向供应链进行了全过程的集成，试图探索一条高效、稳定的汽车逆向供应链。

最后利用现有科学技术以及相关理论对汽车逆向供应链进行再次优化设计，实现汽车逆向供应链中的信息流更加畅通、物流更加合理、资金流更加高效的总目标，为我国汽车逆向供应链的发展贡献自己的力量。

Abstract

With the economic development and people's living standards improve the car gradually from a luxury into people's means of transport, the domestic auto industry has been rapid development, the increasingly fierce competition, automobile industry in the country's overall industrial proportion is also growing. In order to better adapt to the country's green development, sustainable development strategy deployment, while paying attention to the background of automobile industry chain, the end of the economic benefit and environmental benefit is more and more obvious. In this paper, the whole process of automobile reverse supply chain, carries on the reasonable integration and optimization, so as to realize the optimization of the automobile industry chain upgrade, for our country automobile reverse supply chain of exploration to provide theoretical support.

This paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the forward supply chain, reverse supply chain and closed-loop supply chain, and further clarifies the advantages of the reverse supply chain and the necessity of the future development. Then combined with the characteristics of automotive products and auto industry chain, this paper describes the concept and characteristics of auto reverse supply chain, and puts forward the importance of implementing automobile reverse supply chain. Followed by on the automobile reverse supply chain of the various sub sectors of the one by one analysis, in-depth understanding of the operation of the whole process of automobile reverse supply chain, according to the business process reengineering theory and car forward supply chain of automobile reverse supply chain of the whole process of integration, trying to explore a stable and efficient automobile reverse supply chain.

The existing science and technology and the related theory of automobile reverse supply chain to optimize the design again, auto reverse supply chain information to achieve more flow, logistics flow more reasonable, capital flow more efficient overall goal, as China's auto reverse supply chain development tribute contribute their own strength.

近年来可持续的绿色发展方式逐渐成为世界的发展潮流，构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会实现我国经济的可持续发展，已经成为我国的的一项基本国策。汽车企业作为我国经济的支柱产业，同时也是资源消耗型产业越来越受到政府和社会各界的注意，目前我国汽车行业的发展得到了快速的发展，无论是自主品牌还是合资车企或者进口汽车的销量正在快速增加，我国正在变成汽车消费大国。据统计现在我国汽车保有量超过1.7亿辆^[1]。

但是这也带来了很多问题：（1）由于汽车行业作为大规模的的工业活动，会占用大量资源，而且，在生产销售过程中，也会不断污染环境。（2）由于市场竞争越来越激烈，利润不断被压榨，传统的汽车企业不重视产业链末端产品的价值，让企业面临的经济压力越来越大，（3）由于政府对于可持续发展的重视，相关法律法规的不断出台，对于汽车企业在环境友好和资源节约方面提出了更高的要求，传统汽车行业在处理产业链末端的产品花销越来越大。（4）传统的汽车企业运行过程中不能及时的了解消费者的需求和市场的走向，导致产品滞后性明显，企业的竞争力进一步下降。所以综合上述的观点本文认为：发展一条适合汽车企业的供应链道路已经迫在眉睫。

近些年着社会公众环保及资源意识的增强，一些发达国家在报废汽车回收利用和节约资源保护环境方面做了很多探索，并且已经卓有成效。同时注重生命周期末端汽车的回收再利用的其他优势也得到了许多专家学者和社会各界的广泛关注。大家渐渐地开始重视逆向供应链给企业带来的经济效益和社会效益。
