形状记忆聚合物是一种新型功能高分子材料,它可以在一定条件下被赋予一种临时形状,然后在外界条件作用下又回复到初始形状。

形状记忆聚合物需要包含两种结构单元:网络节点和转换相。

其中,网络节点的作用是确保形状记忆聚合物回复到初始形状;而形状变形和临时形状的固定依靠转换相来完成,由结晶生成与熔融的可逆变化、或玻璃态与橡胶态之间可逆转变来实现。
